What to wear to work – essential pieces and looks
A-Line Skirt
With a short skirt, know that this garment is suitable only for more informal professional environment works – such as advertising, journalism, fashion or design.
Although there is no such rigor in dress code, one can not forget that it is a workplace. Therefore, a short skirt should not be tight, and should be coupled with a more classical piece without neckline – a self-tie silk shirt, for example. To give an air ‘cool’ to the set, typical of creative professions, you can wear brogues or oxfords.
A knee length A-line skirt, can be used in any professional environment work and coupled with a shirt or a sweater, and mid heel shoes or boots.
The A-line skirt, looks good on nearly all bodies, enhances the waist and hide the most prominent thighs.
Suit
This fall winter 2015, one of the preferred materials is the tweed, synonymous with class and elegance. Jacket and pants set or skirt and jacket, is perfect both for use in a job interview, as in your day to day to work.
If you like a more casual look and not so austere, combine your suit with a silk top or with a good quality T-shirt, lace ballerina flats and little earrings.
Shirt
And last but not least – the shirt, versatile and on many different models, is the queen of this season.
Ruffle and tie-neck shirts, are icons this Fall Winter season – perfect for a corporate environment, where necklines and short skirts are prohibited.
Other shirt models, the most classic and masculine to hyper feminine, are also welcome – as are indispensable pieces in any profession. Determine thereby, which shirt fits you best according your style, as there is no lack of models to choose from.
Fashion accessories must be discreet, and shoes with vertiginous heels, avoided. If you prefer, you can choose for loafers or flat ballerinas.
All these garments can be coordinated with other pieces of the season – turtleneck sweaters, fur coats, capes and ponchos.
